I was looking for something that could help my mom through this though stage of menopause and I happened to bump into it on social media. I saw this product a couple months ago and felt like the video presentation of why HRT is not always sufficient made so much sense and so since I was already taking other Chinese herbs that had worked for me for other things, I wanted to try this. My first bottle lasted 21 days and by the end of that first bottle, there was a reduction in the intensity and frequency of my hot flashes. By the middle of my second bottle, my hot flashes disappeared completely. Even though I have two Senior Dogs that sleep with me and occasionally wake me up through the night, I am not waking up anymore because of hot flashes. There have been other benefits from taking this product including no more dry mouth. I'm so happy that I found this product and just ordered another 6 month supply.

I been very pleased so far. I almost through a second bottle. I just a bit over month in usage. I noticed I did better before period with less sore symptoms before, and during. I still in in pre- menopause. Still month cycles and all. I started to have some night sweats and hot flashes. I not had much now.It took a bottle but I noticed lot less if any now.
I was struggling with having to pee a lot.I could drink water and go 10 times after a basic glass. It was not always, more common then not. It was not about holding it and bladder as much as water retention I believe.
I noticed that been cut down major. The biggest blessing to me since I started taking it.
It have no gallbladder now and so with liver support it offers it also good suport for me.
I was doing natural things. I stopped it all to try this but vitamins. I think that be enough to keep up
I am sleeping deeper. I take it a bit before bed to make easier wake up. It seems to make me sleep deeper. I been a good sleeper before, not as deep.
